Its 06:47AM -just finish Run#1 – I decided that I would use the Couch to 5K app, thanks Laura, to get fitter and loose so weight. I’ve completed it before but was not looking forward to jogging because the only real time I can do it is first thing in the morning, well that OK in the summer when its light but I struggled to get motivated to run in the dark. Now its easier to run where I live on the flat parkway but it’s not lit, so I stuck to walking and a jog up an incline for the first half with the motivation that its easier downhill on the way back, and it was. I did it 😉 . Not sure I enjoyed it, but I feel a slight sense of achievement. Next run on Wednesday.
