Couch to 5k – Run 2
So got up and did the run a little later, on purpose, so that it is not so dark, and I can run across the flat greenway. So as to keep up the motivation to do this. Its not easy for someone who’s not exercised for months but the sense of achievement when you complete the run is great, thanks Laura. RUN 3 on Friday.
