Couch to 5K – Run 3

3rd run – developing a routine, felt tired when I started, but a little more energy by the end of the run. Definitely better for me running when the day breaks rather than in the dark. Pushed that little harder on the final run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ too so that I cover a few metres more. Run 4 on Sunday. Looking forward to that because it will be that bit later in the day … set it on my planner for 8:00am LET’S GO !
