Couch to 5K – Run 4

08:30am Sunday morning just home from completing #Couchto5K #Run4 great tip to count whilst completing your run … First run defines the duration … say you count 15 deep breaths in 90 seconds on your second run you know roughly when your 90 seconds are going to be up and gets you out of your own mind telling you you can’t…. and you tell yourself YOU CAN. Also replenishing your fluid is a another great tip, didn’t think I wanted a drink after the run but soon put a litre of fluid and a banana into the body. Already looking forward to Tuesday morning #Run5. Thanks Laura
