So #Run5 complete, the time I go for the run is now part of my morning routine, I can focus on the App and listening to Laura .. thanks Laura. When I got back home I had a black coffee, some cereal and a banana. Thats breakfast and replacing energy for the morning. Set reminder for 0630am on Thursday #Run 6 and I can enter week 3 at the weekend. Looking forward to the next run 🏃♂️.
