Couch to 5K – Run 7 – Week 3

Completed #Couchto5K #Run7 on a wet Saturday morning. Another ✔. The thought of 3 mins running 🏃‍♂️ sounds easy but when 90 seconds is not easy it can be daunting, stick to the plan, follow the expert guidance and you will achieve your goal. I missed the bell in the mid section (music too loud to drown out my own thoughts) so I carried on a little further than the plan but the positive out of this is that it is pushing me for that personal goal of 4k in 30 mins. Thanks again Laura. Next run Monday 07:00 #Run8 it is on my schedule 📅 – Let’s go #BlueSky.
