Couch to 5K – Run 8

Complete, thanks Laura. Starting to really focus on pace and counting deep breaths now to make sure I dont get exhausted but with a final push and a little extra walking to make sure I do achieve 30 mins at pace. My personal target by the end of this is regularly covering 4k in 30 mins. Today was a dark early morning start with a head lamp, helps me see something along an unlit path, in a routine environment which allowed me to concentrate on the couch to 5k plan.. Next run planned for 07:00am on Wednesday #BlueSky.
