#Couchto5K #Run10 Complete thanks Laura. Week 4 is upping your game to spending more time running 🏃‍♂️ than walking so its important to remember your pace and also focusing on deep breaths helped me.

Definitely a more difficult run for a couch potato 🥔 like me but stick to plan #Couchto5K and we will get there.
