Couch to 5K – Run 15

Complete – thanks Laura – #Week5 is done. So a 20 minute run (ok so it only registered as 19 on my activity tracker but that’s because I’m a little slow) but I did it, and I achieved a personal goal of 4K in 30 minutes. Again this was an early morning run, in the dark, which makes it a little bit challenging but I just #focus on pace and ensuring I stick to the plan. Tomorrow morning I will be running Week 6 – Sunday 08:00am. Its Christmas Holiday week and by the Christmas day I will be in to Week 7 and running for at least 25 minutes. LETS GO!!!!
