Couchto5K #Couchto5K – Laura thanks for the motivation. Unfortunately because of poor weather I haven’t had the confidence to run for 2 weeks so decided to just to try a warm up jog. Managed 25 minutes plus 8 mins warm up/ down. Ran this in 3 stints with a short rest in-between.
Felt good to get out again, will do a decent walk again later today and have been doing some 20 min HIT training over the Christmas period so kept up some exercise 💪. Going to do HIT day 1 …. Couch to 5K day 2 …. etcb



Will probably go back to Week 6 on Monday.
Ready for next run on #StokeOnTrent Greenway.
