So todays run for #Couchto5k was a steady 5 Minute Warm Up walk followed by 15 minutes run 2 mins walking then 15 minutes run and a further 5 minute warm down. I ran the greenway – Scotia Valley near Tunstall #Stoke-on-Trent. Not exactly a #BlueSky day but pleasant enough, Mondays run will be Week 7



I have had 5 days intermittent fasting this week so the run was finished off returning home for a breakfast of bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, cheese, fried bread, toast and tea. Got to reward yourself.

Did take another nice long walk later to burn off those calories
